How long does it take for FAST/NORMAL ETA orders to arrive after release?
- FAST ETA : 1-2 weeks
- NORMAL ETA : 4-6 weeks
How to order and what is the process?
- Just click the link provided in the post and wait for your orders to be encoded in the masterlist within 24–48 hours after receiving the automated order confirmation. Once your order is encoded, you can settle your payment on or before the DOP.
What courier do you use?
- We mainly use J&T, Sonic Express, SCO, and same-day delivery (SDD) via Lalamove or Grab.
Do you accept Combine Shipping?
- Yes, we accept combined shipping only if the orders are from the same GO and have the same ETA. This is also applicable for deliveries via Lalamove or Grab.
How do I know the status of my order?
- We usually send email updates at each step:
* When the item reaches the Korean address
* When it's in transit
* When it arrives at the Manila port
* And when we send the shipment notice.
Can I change my shipping address, contact number, or email address?

- Shipping fees depend on the weight of your order and your location. The bulkier your item is, the higher the shipping fee. Therefore, we sometimes adjust the shipping fee in the masterlist.
Please ALWAYS REFER to the MASTERLIST.Why am I still marked as PENDING in the masterlist even though I’ve already paid?
- Please note that your payment will not automatically reflect in the masterlist right after you pay. It will be marked as PAID within 2–14 days after you submit your payment form entry.
Where can I track my orders and payment status?
- The link to the masterlist is included in the automated confirmation email you’ll receive after placing your order. Just click the link and look for the sheet or group order you’re part of.
When do you usually claim and confirm payments?
- We confirm payments within 2-14 business days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONSCANCELLATION OF ORDER(S)
Be responsible and pay for your order(s) on time. Do NOT fill up the form if you're not a 101% sure buyer.
A cancellation fee of Php 100 per album and Php 200 per lightstick / dvd will apply. Failure to settle the fee will result in being marked as a bogus buyer, preventing you from transacting with the shop in the future.PAYMENT
This is a PAYMENT FIRST basis. NO Cash on Delivery (COD) so you must pay on the given deadline if you want your order(s) to be counted. NO PAYMENT or DOWNPAYMENT means NO ORDER.
Please also settle your payment by the given deadline(s). Late payments will be allowed up to 2 days after the deadline, with a delay fee of Php 50 per day. If you are unable to settle your full payment within 3 days after the DOP, we have the right to automatically cancel your order, and you will be required to pay the cancellation fee.If you wish to place an order using COD, you can buy from our Shopee and Tiktok Shop account. Please note that there will be a slight difference in pricing when ordering from these platforms due to transaction and commission fees.UNPAID BALANCE (Remaining Balance or Shipping Fee)
For pre-ordered items, once the item is on hand, the remaining balance must be settled within 30 days. If payment is not received within this period, your order will be disposed of and and any initial payment made will be forfeited.
ARRIVAL OF ITEMS
All items under our GOs are for PRE-ORDER unless stated otherwise. After the items are released by the entertainment company/supplier, the ETA in the Philippines is 2-4 weeks via sea cargo (if there are no delays). Once the items arrive, packing and shipping can take few days or weeks depending on the quantity of orders.
RUSHING OF ORDERS/IMPATIENT/ RUDE BUYERS
In handling a GO, there are circumstances that we, Satellite PH, can't control. We kindly ask our buyers to treat the admins with respect and refrain from verbally attacking them in case of:
a.) any unforeseen delays caused by any third parties
b.) when we can’t respond to your inquiries right away; and
c.) when we can't confirm your payments the moment you send it.
SATELLITE PH CAN DENY and CANCEL orders from customers who are:
a) too demanding
b.) unnecessarily rude in terms of communicating/approaching the admins
c.) impatient with their orders/in rush/wants to be prioritized
We CAN also cancel GOs in case of the following instances:a) We didn’t reach the required minimum orders
b) The item is out of stock; or
c) The GO becomes too complicated to handle.
However, we will ensure to do our best so these instances won't happen.RECIPIENT DETAILS
Please make sure to put your correct and complete details in the order form. We will not be held liable for any loss and delivery failure in the part of the local courier due to incomplete/incorrect details. Please be guided that we only follow what you put in the form.

Satellite PH is not liable for any loss, damages and delays caused by the local and international couriers during the process of shipping. These circumstances are beyond our control so complaints should be filed directly to the courier's company. Fortunately, we haven't experienced any missing parcels so far.MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
There are times when entertainment companies make mistakes in putting some of the inclusions in any of the merchandise they release. Take note that we are not the one responsible for these things as we only sell SEALED ITEMS unless we do a split version/tingi.
EXCHANGE/REFUNDS
Please take note that we will only allow exchanges if we send you the wrong item.
For REFUNDS
- If the item is unavailable or out of stock
HOWEVER, you need a clear and an unedited UNBOXING VIDEO before we can exchange or refund your item. NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REFUND. Picture is also NOT allowed.For ITEMS WITH DEFECTS
Again, we only sell sealed items so we can't check the inclusions inside the dvd/album. However for other items, we always check its quality before shipping them out. We will inform you beforehand if it has any dents/damages caused by the international courier.
UNPAID BALANCE (Remaining Balance or Shipping Fee)
For Pre-ordered items, once the item is onhand, remaining balance should be settled within 30 days. If after 15 days you're still unpaid, we will automatically cancel your order without refunding the initial payment that you've paid.
RETURNED ITEMS
If the local courier fails to deliver your item due to incorrect details or if you cannot be contacted, please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
The delivery man will attempt to deliver your parcel only 3 times. Please check the masterlist regularly and be mindful of your orders, especially once you see your tracking number encoded.
